Food Vendor Overview and Sign-Up
Southeast Heritage Games is a two-day event of fun, food, friends, and friendly (and fierce!) contests of skill, determination, and bravery while taking pride in the rich cultural history of North Florida and surrounding environs.
Attendance: We expect between 8-10,000 attendees over the course of two-days based on previous year’s numbers and participation. This offers your business increased exposure, networking opportunities, and a chance to be a part of the fun.
Food Vendor Perks include:
- Logo and link on our website
- Promotion on our social media channels
- Exclusive purveyor of your specific ethnic cuisine or drink (excluding alcohol), for example if you serve Jamaican food or Thai food, you are the only vendor authorized to sell that cuisine.
Dates and times:
- Set-Up: Friday, March 21, 2025 from Noon – 5 pm with vendor arrival on game days is as early as 6 am
- Tear-Down: Sunday, March 23 after 6 pm or Monday, March 24 from 8 am – Noon.
- Game Days: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, March 22 – 23, 2025, with gates opening at 8:00 am

Details:
Food Vendor Fee for Two Days: $200.00 for up to 6 staff members present, logo and link on our website, promotion on our social media channels. Exclusive purveyor of your particular ethnic cuisine and drinks (excluding alcohol) but can include bottled water.
Taxes: Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Florida sales tax.
Electricity: We have access to run extension cords after hours for freezers and coolers. Extension cords must be grounded (3 prong plugs). During the day plan to operate low noise inverter generators or battery banks. If daytime electricity becomes available, it will cost $25.00 per plug (20 Amps). We will notify you if this becomes available.
Security: Once placed, moving your food truck during the event will be logistically impossible. We will have onsite security Friday, March 21 for set-up times and overnight. All day and overnight on Saturday and Sunday through noon on Monday.
Paperwork and Images:
- Copy of your food permit for state and city/county.
- Proof of Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000/$1,000,000 occurrence / aggregate limits of BI & PD. North Florida Heritage Sports and Leon County Board of County Commissioners named as additional insured.
- Hi resolution (300 dpi) and web resolution (72 dpi) of your logo and food images for use in our advertising and social media campaigns.
- A 3-5 sentence blurb about your business and mission.
- Your website and social media urls.
Other Details and Limitations
- Proof Brewing Co is our sole vendor of alcoholic beverages. Violators of this policy will result in immediate closure and forfeit of booth.
- PA systems are not permitted.
- Food Vendors must provide their own equipment.
- Food vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your trucks/serving space.
- All wastewater and greases must be contained and disposed off site.
- We are working to obtain a local ice vendor to be onsite.
- All vendors and their onsite employees must return a signed general release form.
- Wi-Fi is not available. Vendors must supply their own, as needed.
